Financial Analyst
Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts and reports for hotels/motels/conference centers owned and managed by KMD. Job based in Somerset, PA.

The position of Financial Analyst involves preparing and analyzing financial plans,
forecasts and reports for the hotel/motel/conference centers operated and managed by KMD. Will be responsible for tracking financial status of all properties. Will monitor variances from the financial plans for the specific properties managed and will determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts.
Will improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; while recommending actions. Will reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Will provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Marriott - General Manager
Responsible for the overall profitable management of the property, which may include room rental, food and beverage operations, banquet operations and gift shop. Also responsible for marketing, establishing community relations, record keeping, employee staffing and training, controlling inventory, maintaining the physical plant, as well as, coping with the unexpected situations involving guests, employees, and the property.

The General manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. He/She should be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.

Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A General Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
Director of Sales
The Director of Sales is responsible for administering, directing and controlling the sales department to maximize sales revenue for the hotel and ensuring an aggressive approach by all Sales Team members to meet budgeted goals.

Develop sales strategies for the property, including targeted market segments, rate management, solicitation procedures and advertising

The Director of Sales, as a Sales producer, should conduct a successful, aggressive solicitation process involving but not limited to outside sales calls, inside appointments, telephone calls, individual letter and direct mail

Monitor and control sales department budget, staying within annual budgeted percent of revenue.

Emphasize control procedures and yield management to assure a proper balance of rate availability to market demand
